WHO IS THERAPY FOR?
Anyone. Therapy is not only for individuals who have received a mental health diagnosis. It is available to anyone who is interested in exploring the way they live.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
This will vary depending on your background and what you are looking for. Some people come with a specific issue and find that short-term work (6-12 sessions) is enough for them.
Others prefer more explorative work that generally takes place over a longer term ( more than 12 weeks).
We will address your needs in our introductory call, and we will keep revisiting this as we work together. If you choose to go ahead, I would suggest a provisional commitment of six sessions.
HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET?
Sessions take place either once a week or once every two weeks, preferably at the same time. Occasionally, I offer double sessions if this is what you feel you need.
WHAT TO DO IF I THINK I MIGHT WANT TO WORK WITH YOU?
Please contact me using the contact form on this site. I aim to reply within 48 hours to arrange an introductory call. Here we can find out whether we feel we might want to work together.
The introductory call lasts around 20 minutes and is free of charge.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A SESSION?
You can cancel your appointment at any time as long as you notify me up to 24 hours before our session.
Any later cancellations will be charged at the full session price.
