Psychedelic Integration
Psychedelic experiences can be profound, transformative, and at times, disorienting. Whether sought for healing, self-exploration, or spiritual insight, these experiences often open emotional, psychological, or existential questions that can be difficult to make sense of on your own.
I offer a non-judgmental and grounded space for those who are seeking support before or after a psychedelic experience. This work is not about encouraging or providing access to substances. Rather, it’s about holding space for whatever arises in relation to them, with care, safety, and integrity.
Preparation work involves exploring your intentions, mindset, personal history, and what you hope to gain or understand. This can help you approach a psychedelic journey with more clarity, awareness, and emotional readiness.
Integration is the often-overlooked part of the process — the weaving of insights, emotions, memories, and visions into your everyday life. This might involve making sense of difficult content, finding language for what you’ve experienced, or supporting emotional regulation and meaning-making in the days, weeks, or months that follow.
My approach is informed by relational psychotherapy, trauma awareness, and cross-cultural sensitivity. I welcome individuals who are engaging with psychedelics through clinical studies, spiritual practice, or traditional settings, and those who are processing past experiences, both meaningful and challenging.
If you are considering or have already undergone a psychedelic experience and want to explore it in a thoughtful, supported way, I invite you to get in touch. Integration is not always easy, but with care and attention, it can be the beginning of lasting insight, change, and healing.
